PANDAMAN BIO:
Stephano Christophero AKA Stephen Christopher (AKA PANDAMAN) is an
'award-winning' writer & voice artist (vocalist, voiceover, singing impressionist),
born in Huntsville Alabama. At 5, his family moved to Baltimore "where he died"
(for a few minutes). Ex: Shortly after a sneeze' busted the stiches in his throat
(immediately after a tonsillectomy), this led to him "hemorrhaging to death!"
After drowning in blood, a full blood transfusion and paddles, he lived again!
At 13 years old, Stephen's dad (Aerospace Engineer & Teacher For The Army)
moved his family to Glen Burnie MD. and got him a set of drums for Christmas
which quickly led to him becoming a drummer/singer & singing impressionist!
Before long, he was drumming and singing in bands and winning competitions.
That's when his dad began calling him Steevereeno (his 1st crooner stage name).
After years of drumming & singing and time serving his country in the military,
(but after injuries from overseas started getting worse), he stopped drumming
and continued as a vocalist/singing impressionist, until a bad case of Pleurisy'
forced him to have to stop singing for a while as well. Eventually and sadly,
his injuries (depression and down time for pain, doctors. therapies, recovery)
led to not being able to guarantee steady gigs or tours, hence not being signed.
To help keep his mind off of his pain (along with lots of praying and praying),
he'd work on his impressions, singing, and recording fake radio shows at home!
(Little did he know, he'd actually end up doing real radio shows many years later!)
After much time being couped up at home (missing his fans and doing shows),
he ended up meeting a few clowns, who introduced him to the world of clowning.
After a few tips were passed down from "Emit" (Ringling Brothers Circus Clown);
This not only led to doing some part-time work here and there, but also led to
him creating 'PANDAMAN' (a storytelling, impressionist clown in variety shows).
Later, he decided to go to school and enrolled at The Broadcast Institute Of MD.
During his 2nd semester, he got a job at a local station as a commercial writer,
announcer, voiceover named Chris Stevens (Stephen Christopher in reverse).
By the end of his 1st year in radio, he was producing and hosting his first show
The Suppertime Show occasionally would air "Special Broadcasts" like ...
The Voice-o-nality Show (AKA The 'V' Show): A 'Special Broadcast'' Featuring
MC PANDAMAN® And The PANDAMAN Clan ["The Original' Panda Men"]. Ex:
PANDAMAN [The Original], The Pandaman Twins, The Pandaman Superhero
and other original' voice creations like Josy-n-Joel The Siamese Troll Etc.. Etc.
Only now (10 years later), he's performing them in real' radio shows!
After winning multiple awards for commercials, voice-overs, impressions,
(outgoing voicemail, on hold messages, ringtones and other 'AA' Voice Art) ...
"Absolute Awesome" Entertainment/AA Ent: An entertainment service/label
(AKA "Absolute Awesome" Entertainment & Advertising found on Google Etc.) is still
in operation but is currently focusing on other services and entertainment!! Ex:
